The personal data operator is the owner of Lervilo (https://lervilo.com). Privacy inquiries: repinanton2009@gmail.com.

We process: email (sign-in and notifications); profile data (name, language, law country); case, chat, upload, and document content; technical data (IP, session identifiers, error logs); payment-related data as provided by the payment processor (we do not store full card details).

Purposes: registration and authentication; providing service features; billing and quota accounting; user support; quality and security improvement. Legal bases: contract performance (offer/terms), user consent, and legitimate interests under applicable Russian law.

Data is stored on infrastructure used to run the service for the life of the account and a reasonable period after deletion—for backup, accounting, and dispute resolution unless law requires otherwise.

Authorized processors (hosting, notification delivery, payments, request processing) may be used. Their data terms apply only to the extent required to operate the service.

We do not sell personal data. Staff and contractor access is limited to support, operations, and security tasks.

You may request access, correction, blocking, or deletion, or withdraw consent where applicable, by emailing repinanton2009@gmail.com. We respond within statutory timeframes.

We use organizational and technical safeguards (access control, HTTPS, user data isolation). No online system is perfectly secure—report suspicious activity to support.
