Public offer

This offer for paid access to Lervilo (https://lervilo.com) is published by the service owner (the Provider) to any capable user (the Customer).

Registration means acceptance of the Terms of Use. This offer is accepted and the paid-access agreement is concluded after successful payment for the selected plan.

The subject is granting access to the service features described on the Billing page for the paid period, including the AI chat, legal-information search, analysis of uploaded materials, document preparation and export, case and message limits, and other modules included in the plan.

Plan price and features are shown in the interface before payment. Payment is made via the payment processor; payment is confirmed when the processor reports success.

The service is deemed properly provided once access to paid features is granted for the paid period, regardless of actual usage.

Refunds are provided in the cases and manner required by the laws of the Russian Federation and this offer. If access was not provided due to the Provider, a full refund is made; actual expenses may be deducted where permitted by law.

The Provider may change features and plans by publishing updates in the service. Changes do not reduce an already paid period without the Customer's consent. Plans do not renew automatically and no automatic charges are made; each new period is paid for separately.

Provider liability is capped at the amount paid for the last billing period, to the extent permitted by Russian law. The Provider is not liable for the Customer's decisions or consequences of using generated materials.

Claims should be sent to support@lervilo.com with account email and payment date. Review within up to 30 calendar days.

Russian law applies. Disputes: negotiation first; failing that, courts at the Provider's registration location unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
