Public offer

This offer for paid access to Lervilo (https://lervilo.com) is published by the service owner (the Provider) to any capable user (the Customer).

Registration means acceptance of the Terms of Use. This offer is accepted and the paid-access agreement is concluded after successful payment for the selected plan.

The Provider grants access to the features of the selected product as described in the service. AI features use a shared AI allowance.

The selected product's price is shown in the service before payment. Payment is made using an available payment method through a payment provider and is confirmed when the Provider receives confirmation of a successful transaction.

Pro and Ultra plans provide access for 30 days from the start of the paid period. Corporate provides a shared AI allowance for a team of up to five people for 30 days. A subsequent period begins after a separate successful payment.

Expert is purchased separately for one selected case. Its AI allowance applies only to that case; no separate calendar expiration period is set for the allowance.

The additional AI allowance is available to Pro or Ultra users. After payment, the bonus component of the account's AI allowance increases; this increase is included when calculating the AI allowance for each subsequent period. No separate expiration period is set.

AI allowance usage is based on the actual processing of a request and depends, among other things, on its complexity, document volume, and tools used. The allowance is consumed according to resources used, not message count; the remaining balance is shown in the profile.

Any approximate number of typical tasks shown on the plans page is for information only and is not a guaranteed service volume. The actual number of tasks depends on the resources used to process them.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically and there are no automatic recurring charges. For each new period, the Customer must initiate and pay for a new transaction.

The Customer may withdraw from the agreement as provided by Russian law. On withdrawal, the Customer pays the Provider's actual expenses where and to the extent permitted by law. This offer does not restrict mandatory consumer refund rights or other statutory remedies.

The service provides informational tools, not individual legal advice. Liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not exclude liability for intentional breach or mandatory consumer rights.

The Provider may update product descriptions and prices for future purchases. Changes do not alter the terms of an already paid product without the Customer's consent, except as provided by law.

Send claims to support@lervilo.com with the account email, a description of the issue, and, where relevant, the payment date and confirmation. The general response period is up to 30 calendar days. Statutory deadlines for refunds and other claims take precedence over this general response period.

Russian law governs this agreement. The parties may try to resolve disputes through negotiation; court jurisdiction is determined by Russian law. Any statutory consumer right to choose a court is preserved.
