This offer for paid access to Lervilo (https://lervilo.com) is published by the service owner (the Provider) to any capable user (the Customer).

Acceptance is registration and/or payment for the selected plan. The contract is deemed concluded upon acceptance.

The subject is granting access to service features for the paid period per the plan description on Billing: chat, case and message limits, document generation and export, and other included modules.

Plan price and features are shown in the interface before payment. Payment is made via the payment processor; payment is confirmed when the processor reports success.

The service is deemed properly provided once access to paid features is granted for the paid period, regardless of actual usage.

Refunds: if access was not provided due to the Provider — full refund; if unused and requested within 7 calendar days of payment — refund minus payment fees. Otherwise no refund except as required by law.

The Provider may change features and plans by publishing updates in the service. Changes do not reduce an already paid period without the Customer's consent.

Provider liability is capped at the amount paid for the last billing period, to the extent permitted by Russian law. The Provider is not liable for the Customer's decisions or consequences of using generated materials.

Claims should be sent to repinanton2009@gmail.com with account email and payment date. Review within up to 30 calendar days.

Russian law applies. Disputes: negotiation first; failing that, courts at the Provider's registration location unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
